Here are some of the best ways to learn more about SHA:
2) Attend the Bellarmine Parent Forum, held
September 30, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in Frazier Hall at Bellarmine
University, and come visit with SHA students and staff
at the Sacred Heart station.
3) Attend SHA's Prospective Parent Forum, Wednesday,
November 7th, 2007 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm to hear from our
Principal, and learn more about programs, curriculum, activities,
and financial aid
in various breakout sessions.
4) Attend SHA's Open
House, December 4th, 2007
from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm for
students/parents and talk to SHA faculty, students, and
staff. You'll get
to
tour
the
building,
new gym, and the Art, Media, and Technology Wing.
To become a 9th-grade student at
SHA:
Take the Catholic High School Placement
TestDecember 8th, 2007
from 9 am to 12:30 pm at
Sacred Heart Academy. Although the test is offered
at other
area
schools,
taking
it at SHA
is the first step in the registration process. The cost for the test is $15.
SHA does not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin,
or race. An admissions committee evaluates all applicants
on the basis of previous school performance, standardized
test scores, a strong desire to learn, a desire to reach
the highest potential, the ability to make a positive impact
on the school community, and results of the High School
Placement Test.
