Varsity Cross Country Conditioning begins July 15. Varsity and JV teams are offered. All students are welcome, and individual performance determines the top runners. The focus is the team and the annual goal is the state title. The Cross Country team practices everyday after school and competes in large meets on the weekends with several smaller meets during the week. Cross Country is an excellent way of getting in shape for another sport. A school letter is awarded for those who complete the season.
