Academic Promotion/Graduation
To qualify for academic promotion at
Sacred Heart Academy, a student must earn units of credit
by the beginning of the school year:
| Entering Sophomore |
7 credits including
one in Religion |
| Entering Junior |
14 credits including
two in Religion |
| Entering Senior |
20 credits including
three in Religion |
NOTE: Transfer students who have not
attended a Catholic school may not be required to have Religion
credits as a prerequisite.
A student who fails more than two credits
at the end of an academic year may not return to Sacred Heart
the following school year. A student must make up any failed
credits in the summer before she is eligible to return to
Sacred Heart.
Graduation Requirements
In order to receive a diploma, students
must earn 26 credits, including all required courses.
